Raul Bautista

Raul Bautista is the guy you call when the job is too big to pull off with a handgun and a getaway car. As a crew leader who specializes in planning and organizing heists, he represents the more methodical, blueprint-and-timing side of Leonida's criminal underworld — the opposite of the impulsive street-level chaos the series is also known for. What stands out about how he's been described is the trajectory: increasingly risky scores, not a single big one. That's a pattern more than a personality trait, and it usually means one of two things in a story like this — either he's chasing something specific that keeps raising the stakes, or he's simply good enough that the safer jobs stopped being worth his time. Heists have been a central pillar of Grand Theft Auto's more ambitious entries for years now, from elaborate casino jobs to multi-stage scores requiring a full crew with different specialties. Raul reads like the character built to anchor that side of GTA6's structure — the planner other characters, possibly including Jason and Lucia, end up working with or around. His reputation for pushing scores further each time also plants an obvious question the story hasn't answered yet: what happens the first time one of those increasingly risky jobs doesn't go according to plan.
